Theoretical and instructional aspect of preparing future bachelors of teacher education to implement health-saving technologies

The article examines the specifics of implementation in the educational-bringing-up process of health-saving educational technologies and the potential of health-saving educational environment; analyzes the theoretical and instructional bases of teacher training in the field of health-saving technologies; exemplify of subject teachers on the problem of maintaining and strengthening the health of modern schoolchildren, as well as the formation of a health culture among the younger generation. The study presents a theoretical model of the “Health-saving environment system in an educational institution”. The authors reveal the content of the training discipline “Health-saving technologies in teacher education” for bachelors of Pedagogical University, developed by the staff of the Department of Life Safety of Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia; the content of lectures and practical classes is described, and examples of independent work aimed at forming universal and general professional competencies in the field of pedagogical activity are also considered.
