Theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation of environmental and legal consciousness of the personality of police officers

The article deals with the issues of formation of ecological and legal consciousness of the individual by means of organizing practice-oriented forms of education, namely trainings with the formulation of problematic issues and tasks. According to a number of scientists (E. I. Mayorova, A. Yu. Mokhov, N. A. Sheyafetdinova etc.), the formation of ecological and legal consciousness of a person is carried out by means of organizing educational and practice-oriented activities to study the legal foundations (norms of law, environmental legislation), as well as working out the skills of applying the acquired ecological and legal knowledge to in practice and in everyday life. Ecological and legal consciousness is the basis of the ecological and legal culture of the individual, as well as the culture of environmental safety, manifested in responsible, environmentally consistent behavior in relation to the surrounding reality (to oneself, to the surrounding people, to the natural environment and its protection). Thus, the study and research of the issues of the formation of ecological and legal the consciousness of the individual is relevant and socially signi cant.
