Theoretical-methodological aspects in the study of bureaucracy phenomenon

Theoretical-methodological policy allowing to research peculiarities of regulatory system of a bureaucratic organization of a specified state in the context of state-legal traditions is defined within the frame of this article. Heuristic potential of M. Webers theory for legal science as theoretical concept capable of revealing specific features of legal basis development of state bureaucracy on the base of statehood originality and law system of a specific society is defined.
