Theoretical and methodological problems of definition of a parity of the state ideology and the right

Theoretical and methodological aspects of parity of the state ideology and the right on various directions are considered. The author concludes that the parity of norms of the right and the ideology is determined by how long the ideology functions as a state one. In the states with advanced and old-established ideology the norms of the right cannot contradict the ideological postulates and these norms fix the values of the ideology, principles of relation of the ideology with other valuable systems and propaganda slogans.
