As a leading factor of professional development, the author sees the definition of a person’s own purpose in the life cycle, their own position in relation to the basic values, one of which is the understanding of the deep meanings of educational activities. From the standpoint of the methodology of professional formation of personality, the author proposes a mechanism of adaptation to the labour market in the new conditions of complication and complexity of professional activity - construction variable individual educational path of professional and career development based on promising, long-term queries graduates.
