The activity approach contributes to the study of the teacher's professional and pedagogical activity as a holistic process that contributes to the achievement of the envisaged changes. The methodology of scientific research determines professional readiness, activity and environmental approach, which are reflected as pedagogical foundations for the theoretical justification of the teacher's preparation for the implementation of educational standards. The pedagogical system of professional and pedagogical readiness of a teacher of primary general education includes incentive-target, content-procedural, evaluative-effective components that establish solid unity and integrity, focused on achieving the intended educational and cognitive goal.
