Theoretical and legal characteristics of legal culture and legal awareness

The analysis of such legal categories as legal culture and legal consciousness from the point of view of theoretical and legal research of their structural elements is undoubtedly essential in the light of increasing the effectiveness of legal regulation of relations in society and systematization of theoretical and legal knowledge in this area. In the article, the authors, considering the content of the concepts of "legal culture" and "legal consciousness", carry out their structural analysis in a theoretical and legal context, and also formulate and substantiate a number of conclusions regarding the issues under study.
