Theoretical and legal aspect of religious and ethnic conflicts

The article examines approaches to the definition of religious and ethnic conflicts, the main reasons for the emergence of religious and ethnic conflicts, taking into account their legal aspect, provides an overview of modern mechanisms for their prevention, regulation and settlement of the consequences of such conflicts. Revealed their concepts and main subjects. The influence of religion and relations between ethnic groups on the current state of the world order is analyzed. The author points to the mechanisms of legal settlement and management of conflicts in modern Russia and to what changes in legislation must take place in order to introduce these mechanisms into public life.
