Theoretical and technological aspects of the preparation, adoption and organization for the implementation of managerial decisions in the internal affairs bodies

The article discovers some aspects of the implementation for management technologies in order to resolve issues of a procedural and technological nature that often arise in the practical activity of internal affairs bodies related to the necessity to optimize the management mechanism in terms of implementation for its cognitive-programming functions. It is concluded that the application of theoretical and methodological approaches in the preparation, adoption and implementation of managerial decisions is inseparably related to the use of managerial technologies for social diagnostics, social forecasting, program-oriented engineering and social planning, which can increase the effectiveness of this type of activity on a scientific basis.
