Terminological enrichment of the Kyrgyz literary language in recent time

This article discusses the basics of the terminology of the modern Kyrgyz language and the issues of the literary Kyrgyz language against the background of the works of academician B. M. Yunusaliev. The issues of the origin, development and formation of the Kyrgyz literary language are also considered, the definitions of the concept of ‘literary language’ are analyzed. It also analyzes the origin of the term ‘literary language’ in general linguistics, its study by researchers of Kyrgyz linguistics, namely: in comparison with other types and forms of the national language, the literary language has a processed, ordered character; all linguistic means (all their variants) of a particular language are used by the language community according to certain patterns and standards; the presence of stable, continuous traditions, which are considered to be the basis of the literary language, and this basis is not violated for a long time (each time is characterized by its own ideal norm, which all educated people of this time strive to observe); obligatory observance of the norms of the literary language by all members of society using it, i.e. preventing the use of dialectical vocabulary in oral and written speech; the development of stylistic possibilities, diversity and their complementarity, which contributes to the expansion of the functionality and flexibility of artistic and figurative language means; the universality of the literary language, which is expressed in its use in all spheres of public life (production, science, technology, politics, private communication, social spheres, etc.); the presence of oral and written forms of the literary language and their complementarity.
