Peroxidases thermostability of soybean seeds

The influence of temperature on peroxidases activity of soybean seeds is investigated. It is determined that heat tolerance of peroxidases of soybean seeds is high. Influence of short-term high temperatures and soybean warming up within 5 hours at temperature 45 °С results in increase of forms number of soybean peroxidases and this is the consequence of process of soybean adaptation to conditions of temperature stress. It is established that peroxidases form P13 is the most thermostable among all detected forms.
