Статья представляет собой предварительную публикацию фрагментированной терракотовой головы, изображающей бородатого мужчину, найденной в 2017 г. в результате подводных раскопок у мыса Ак-Бурун1. Подробно рассматривается технология изготовления головы, а также предпринимаются поиски аналогий и выяснение ее возможного функционального назначения.
