Territorial reorganization and personnel composition of the control apparatus in the Donbass of local KK-RKI in the early 1930-s

The article deals with the reorganization of regulatory bodies in the Donbass during the period of accelerated modernization in the first half of the 1930s. The analysis of personnel selection in the territorial KKRKI - the most important element of the system of party-state authorities in the conditions of administrativeterritorial reforms of the early 1930s, was carried out. On the basis of archival documents and materials, the study displays data on the functioning of local bodies of party and Soviet control and the staffing of the employees of the Rabkrin of Donbass at the final stage of its activity in 1930-1934.
