Territorial nature of intellectual property rights on the Internet and international private law

The authors consider the issues of territorial nature of intellectual property rights on the Internet and their regulation in international private law. The features of the objects of intellectual property rights contained in the Internet space, as well as the features of international treaties that allow to overcome the territorial nature of intellectual property rights are analyzed.
