Territorial capital of Siberian regions regarded within the framework of the “Turn to the East” strategy

The “turn to the East” strategy requires more effective use of the territorial capital of the eastern regions. The goal of this research is assessment of the main parameters of the territorial capital of Siberian regions. This research utilizes methods of comparative, retrospective, and regression analysis. It is observed that below average industrial capital of Siberian regions is the primary factor that hampers their economic growth. The human capital prospects are impeded by negative trends in demography and health of the population. The innovation capital prospects are hampered by low levels of cooperation both within the scientific community and between science and industry.
