Territory of horticultural non-profit partnership as an object of integrated development

The article considers the evolution of the functional purpose of land plots that are part of horticultural non-profit partnerships. It has been established that despite the low level of living comfort in the latter, it is observed the growing interest of citizens in them as a location for the first housing. Development of individual housing construction necessitates the provision of infrastructure, improving the level of comfort of the living environment. It is proposed to use the mechanism of complex development of the territory. The territory of horticultural non-profit partnership as an object of integrated development is in line with the current legislative regulation, but at the same time, it requires further detailed study
