The field of education has always been an innovative field, and the development of technologies and means of communication has provided education with more opportunities. Every year new forms and methods of teaching arise, the possibility of using which depends on a number of factors. At the same time, the problem of promising directions in the development of the educational system remains urgent.
This article will consider the types of innovations, their classification and scope. The concept of innovation is always associated with the concepts of “change”, “innovation”, “renewal”, “creation of various types of innovations”. Society at any period of its existence strove to develop in the field of scientific knowledge, which allowed it to move forward, develop social relations, modernize business and stimulate production growth. Therefore, innovative activity can be characterized as a combination of a number of components: financial, organizational and scientific activities, as a result of which a new product is created or its quality changes significantly.
Depending on the scope of application, the following types of innovations can be distinguished: technological, environmental, organizational, managerial, economic, political, state-legal, social. 139 The last group includes innovative areas in the field of labor relations, healthcare, education and culture. Thus, innovations in education are innovations as a result of which, a certain result should be obtained: improving the quality, efficiency, accessibility of education, etc. Innovations in education are inextricably linked with a certain change in pedagogical activity or methods of managing this activity. What, in practice, is the process of developing and implementing pedagogical or managerial innovations in an educational institution, that is, the functioning of new ways of working, new forms of management, new content of instruction. Various types of innovations can be characterized in more detail by classifying them: According to the object of change: - in the content of education; - in methods, technologies, forms, methods, techniques, means of the educational process; - in the organization of the educational process; - in the management system of educational institutions. On the scale of the endured transformations: - private innovations, unrelated to each other; - modular innovations that have a connection and belong to the same group of objects; - systemic, covering all educational institutions; On the objects of education: - educational process; - educational process; - specialization of students; - material and technical base; By authorship of innovations: - an individual project; - the result of the work of the team; By the nature of the changes: - radical, based on fundamentally new ideas and approaches; - combined, based on a new combination of known elements; - modified, based on the improvement and addition of existing samples and forms.
The result of innovations in the field of education can be a product, technology and ways of organizing the educational process. In this case, the scope will be: 140 - for the product: new areas of training, a new level of education, the scope of further education. - for organization: new forms of education (externship, distance learning, etc.) - for technology: new teaching methods and technologies. Each innovative direction pursues certain goals and results from implementation. Creating a new product will increase the profit of an educational institution through the implementation of a new educational program. The introduction of new forms of training will provide opportunities for the development of new market segments, will lead to an increase in sales of educational institutions. New technologies in training will increase the quality of education and reduce the cost of educational services. The implementation of innovations in higher education depends on many factors, the main of which, according to the authors, are: -intensive development of information technologies; - social order of the company for professional specialists; - accelerating the pace of socio-economic development in the country.
Moreover, innovative changes should affect not only the goals, methods, technologies of the educational process, but also the system of control and assessment of the level of education, the financing system, educational and methodological support, the material and technological base of the educational institution. In conclusion, we note that innovation is characteristic of any professional activity, therefore, it will always be the subject of study, analysis, implementation. Innovations by themselves do not appear, it is the result of scientific research, best practices, both individual scientists and entire collectives
