Arthrosis includes all cartilage, but begins with changes in the cartilaginous tissue. Cartilage in the joints performs two main functions: ensuring the movement of the bone relative to each other and reducing the weight of the bone during movement. But this applies to healthy cartilage. If it starts to break, the bones move in a difficult manner, even when they are heavily chasing. As a result, the muscles and bundles surrounding the bone and the joint capsule are also affected. If the cartilage breaks, it can not be repaired. Modern medicine does not have a mode of cartilage. But there are only drugs that stop cartilage and stop the pain.

Introduction. Each woman enters the natural phase of reproductive anomalies of reproductive functions in the period from 45 to 55 years. This stage, called menopause or culmination, has a significant impact on the quality of life of a woman. Unstable emotional background, anxiety, abdominal pain, headache, pain in the bones and muscles - the inevitable companion of menopause. It is important to know why menopause causes bones and joints. During menopause, the ovaries stop functioning, which is the production of the main hormones of estrogen and progesterone. The hormone estrogen plays an important role in the life of a woman. Thus, estrogen reduces the activity of cells that absorb bone tissue (osteoclasts). The climates lead to the absence of sex hormones and the further destruction of the joints. The lack of estrogen in the female body revives the destructive activity of osteoclasts in the joints, destroys the absorption of minerals and the exchange of calcium in the bones. Bone tissue is fragile. If this trend is clear, a decrease in bone strength can lead to the development of osteoarthritis and osteoporosis.
Deterioration of deformation and deformation of bone tissue may not signal for a long time. Women have learned to endure pain in the joints and muscles. For this reason, foot abnormalities and general fatigue can not be associated with serious diseases of the musculoskeletal system. Nevertheless, the hormonal reorganization of the female body deserves attention. The first sign of calcium deficiency is muscle pain and pain. This negative tendency starts to destroy the bone tissue of the bone. Along with the culmination, changes in cartilage affect the age of the cartilage. Among them there is a slowing of metabolism and a decrease in the level of collagen in the body. The whole set of these causes is one of the main causes of arthrosis for women over the age of 40.
The aim of the study was to determine the number of registered women with arthrosis in the Turkestan region in the period 2012-2017 and to study the frequency of arthrosis in women older than 40 years.
Material and methods of the study : 125 patients with osteoarthritis were registered in the Turkestan city hospital for rheumatologists for 2012-2017. Among 116 patients, 9 male patients. The overwhelming majority of women found that the climate changes mentioned above had a big impact.
Results of the study. In 2012, 16 patients, including 2 patients aged 4050 years, 8 patients aged 50-60 years, six patients older than 60 years.
In 2013 there were 19 patients, including 4 patients aged 40-50 years, 10 patients aged 50-60 years and 5 patients over 60 years old.
In 2014, 15 patients were registered, including 1 patient aged 40 to 50 years, 8 patients aged 50-60 years and six patients older than 60 years.
In 2015, 20 patients, including 5 patients aged 40-50 years, 13 patients aged 50-60 years, two patients older than 60 years.
In 2016, 25 patients, including 3 patients aged 40-50 years, sixteen patients aged 50-60 years, six patients older than 60 years.
In 2017, 21 patients were registered, including 4 patients aged 40-50 years, 12 patients aged 50-60 years and 5 patients over 60 years old.

In fact, more than 40 years, as a rule, associated with arthrosis due to the short duration of menopause due to the lack of sex hormones in the body, irreversible changes in the joint. Inflammation of mineral substances in the bones and calcium metabolism are disturbed. It is for this reason that women have frequent joints in men than in women. As a result of research in the Turkestan region, the results of the survey showed that women aged 50-60 years had a high incidence, because women over the age of 40 who do not notice illness suffer from chronic illness, only a doctor can apply. For this reason, the number of patients older than 50 is prevalent.
