The article highlights UK experience in combating corruption with concrete examples. The author also presents the evaluation of performance of obligations undertaken by Russian Federation in countering corruption by the Council of Europe's Group of States against Corruption (GRECO) and recommendations having been worked out as the result of the given evaluation.
