Typical investigatory situations and planning the initial stage of investigation of statutory rules violations of relations between military personnel

In the article, the author presents typical investigative situations and investigative versions of the initial stage of the investigation, as well as a list of investigative actions that are considered to be the most typical for investigating violations of the statutory rules of relations between military personnel. The article is addressed to commanders (chiefs) for using in their daily activities, as well as in the performance of service and combat tasks, in order to provide methodological support for conducting an inquiry (official investigation, verification) on the facts of statutory rules violations of relations in military units.
