Typical investigative situations and versions of the initial stage of investigation of crimes committed by FSSP officials

The correct definition of the investigative situation that had developed at the time of the initiation of a criminal case is the basis for constructing versions of the alleged crime, for determining the facts to be established and the means of proving them, and for initial actions, both investigative and operational-investigative. The object of the study was the current criminal procedure legislation and tactics of investigating official crimes committed by FSSP officers. A number of conclusions were drawn to improve the tactics of crime investigation in the FSSP service.
