Introduction. The work sets forth the results of a system analysis of digital support tools used in the educational process. The objective is to identify common features that form the basis of the classification division of tools and to develop taxonomy of these tools. For effective integration of digital support tools into education, it is necessary to understand their essence and interrelations, to coordinate the use of these tools with the learning goals and educational standards. A systematic approach is used to create and elaborate the classifications of digital support tools, which are hierarchical constructions of concepts. Materials, Results and Discussion. The author divides all digital support tools of the educational process available in modern pedagogy into three types. This typology makes it possible to provide appropriate support to both teachers and students in navigating these tools and in their most effective use.
