Typology and modality of religious precepts (on the basis of the translation of the Bible)

The article deals with the modality of the religious precepts. There are characterized the impelling, permissive, obligatory, recommendatory, commanding and promising precepts. The deontic modality prevails in the religious precepts that is defined both by this type of modality (the dependence of the objective factors) and the analyzed sphere of the functioning.
