Types of personality of the criminal in criminal law

The article is visited by the personality types of the offender in legal psychology and their classification. When considering this issue, one should take into account the place of the offender's personality types in the practice of a lawyer. It is not surprising that the identity of the criminal is among the mandatory elements of the subject of criminology. Given that the main practical goal of criminology is to prevent crime, it is extremely important to highlight the importance of knowing the personality of the criminal. The study of the personality of the offender allows us to identify those characteristics that form the criminal behavior of a person. The study of the personality of the offender contributes to the knowledge of the peculiarities of the formation of negative qualities and personality traits of a person that give rise to criminal behavior.
