Tutor support as basis of subject-to-subject relations of tutor and student

The paper highlights the aggravated contradiction between the necessity to organize the tutor support service in order to provide the support for the university students while their orienting in the excessive educational space as well as creating the individual educational trajectory and the insufficient theoretical base for tutoring as a new phenomenon in higher education. The forms of activities used by tutor are analyzed as well as the functions the tutor performs. The concept of tutor support is presented along with its principles and implementation phases. The main condition of the student self-realization in the educational process of the university is considered to be subject-to-subject relations of tutor and student.
