Токсиколого-гигиеническая оценка наночастиц диоксида титана в составе пищевой добавки Е171 (обзор данных литературы и метаанализ)

Рассматриваются данные о величинах экспозиции, биодоступности, эффектах токсичности и рисках наночастиц (НЧ) диоксида титана TiO2 при их поступлении в организм через желудочно-кишечный тракт (ЖКТ) в виде пищевой добавки - красителя Е171 либо как значимой примеси в ее составе. Согласно токсикологической оценке, данной JECFA в 1969 г., TiO2 рассматривался как малоопасное вещество. Однако в настоящее время ряд зарубежных и международных организаций в области безопасности пищи придерживаются мнения, что эта оценка должна быть пересмотрена в свете новых научных данных о неблагоприятном воздействии на организм TiO2 в наноформе. Суммарное поступление TiO2 в организм человека с пищевыми продуктами, косметическими средствами (зубные пасты) и лекарственными препаратами может составлять от 0,5 до 5,0 мг в сутки; наиболее экспонируемыми группами являются дети в возрасте 3-9 лет и подростки 10-17 лет. Несмотря на малую степень всасывания НЧ и микрочастиц TiO2 в ЖКТ, в значительном числе работ выявлены признаки их общетоксического действия на организм при пероральном и внутрижелудочном введении...
