Tolerance as a consolidating idea of public relations (to the history of the question)

Article is devoted to consideration of the problem of the necessity of a deep understanding of the culture of Russia historically formed under the influence of religious views and practices being important areas of social and humanitarian knowledge. To the present day it is clear that without realizing their significance it is impossible to build an adequate strategy of further development of Russian society.
