Topographic-anatomical changes after resections and removals of inner organs as the problem and the composite part of the modern clinical anatomy

In the review article, author showed that topographic -anatomical changes after resections and removals of inner organs are actual anatomic -surgical problem of modern clinical anatomy. Methodic base of their decision is the use of imaging methods first of all computer and magnetic resonance tomography as methods of scientific clinic -anatomical researches. Received with using this data and detected regularities are anatomical base for clinic -functional investigations, the improvement of operative interventions.
