Homeowners association as a form of management of apartment buildings

This article reveals the main advantages of HOA functioning as a form of management in an apartment building. The range of HOA activities and the expediency of choosing this form of management are indicated. The main purpose of the article is to show that such a form of management as HOA is preferable at the present stage. HOA is not a commercial organization and its work is regulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
