Commodity science assessment of drinking milk quality

The article presents a commodity science assessment of the quality of drinking milk from various manufacturers, and provides a commodity science characteristic of the samples under study. An assessment of the quality of packaging, labeling and organoleptic indicators of the samples under study was carried out. It was found that all the samples of drinking milk under study meet the minimum mandatory requirements of technical legislation. It was established that from the point of view of commodity science, in order to ensure the quality and safety of drinking milk at all stages of the life cycle of goods in modern realities, it is necessary to use the tools of technical regulation, standardization and confirmation of conformity.
