There is described the innovation in the Russian Pedagogy for the problems of labour upbringing education system during the second half of XIX-the beginning of XX. The issue of the forgotten part of Russian Pedagogy is done - the development of "operation system" of labour education system by a Russian teacher D.K. Sovetkin.
