Modern technologies used in qualification upgrade, new sources, tools, forms and teaching methods provide wide opportunities for the modern teacher to satisfy his/her educational needs. Social and norm basis are an argument to build topical trajectories for teacher's professional development, they set the requirements to the quality of the contemporaryvocational education and qualifications of teachers. Taking into account the various requirements it is expedient define individual development trajectories of teachers when planning qualifi- cation upgrade. Here an important place is to be allocated to forming and formulating the educational demand basing on the development prospects of the educational organi- zation, preferences and potential opportunities of the teacher and take into account the improvement of student's qualification upgrade issues.
