Trandiscoursive models of metaphor when determining the object of labor relations

This study provides an analysis of modern relevant metaphors and concepts proposed by foreign researchers in the field of economics, management, and law, related to the specifics of labor relations. To define the object of labor relations, the author uses such metaphors as the «free will» of the employee, the concept of lean production, and the concept of workplace splitting. As a result, completely new aspects appear as the object of labor relations. The need to revise the usual definition of the category «object of legal relations» is noted.
