The study is devoted to the topical issue of the formation of ideological foundations for ensuring the comprehensive security of citizens of a global society, achieving a balance between the technosphere and the biosphere and identifying the possibilities of demanding the potential of noospheric axiology in the process of developing and implementing the goal-setting of human development as a part of the biosphere and society as a whole in the context of globalization. In addition, it is necessary to take into account digitalization, which radically changes the nature of human interaction, requires the formation of a different worldview and the use of different management methods. The author emphasizes that finding ways to adequately respond to the objective process of digitalization and directing this process towards the safe development of social systems is not so much a technological task as a conceptual and ideological one. It is advisable to consider future transformations of social systems in the spectrum of conflict-free interaction, both interpersonal, intergroup, intercultural, and adequate intelligent interaction in the “person - biosphere" system. It is concluded that the powerful potential of the ecorational approach makes it possible to form a culture of nonviolent interaction of all elements of social and natural systems that is in great demand today.
