Transformation of psychological and pedagogical management approaches in distance learning conditions

This paper examines the problem of pedagogical management in the conditions of distance learning in higher education. The introduction of widespread use of distance learning in higher education institutions in Russia was an unexpected and forced phenomenon. The methods of work in classroom conditions, transferred to the on-line cloud platforms of the Internet, were not as effective in terms of management and control. This article provides an analysis of the concept of the modern distance-learning format. The authors make the assumption that the modern distance learning allows to increase the independent learning and cognitive activity of the student due to unlimited rapid access to information arrays directly during the lesson. Thus, in order to achieve the most effective result of distance learning, the authors propose to reconsider the role of the lecturer in a distance learning environment. First of all, it is proposed to make changes in the level of pedagogical management. The importance of students' mastering the skills of independent search and learning activities is noted. On the basis of the study the authors propose vectors of development of the transformation of pedagogical management and communication.
