Transformation of Tuvan culture in the processes of modernization and globalization

He article provides a philosophico-historical analysis of the essence of the processes that led to the formation of the Tuvan cultural-historical tradition in its present state. Two main levels of transformation are distinguished since the XXth century in the form of modernization and globalization. The logical basis for the impact of these processes on various aspects of the social life of Tuvinians is revealed. The signs of building a new structure of society are revealed, which leads to the need for collective and individual self-identification. The presence of a distorted interpretation of the phenomena of cultural and historical tradition as a result of the transformation of spirituality and the penetration of anthropocentrism into the picture of the world is denoted. The main mechanism of implementation of changes in the development of cultures in the form of universalization and unification is highlighted, which leads to a cascade of changes in other aspects of peoples' lives. The formation of new channels of culture broadcasting, creating the possibility of deterritorialization of culture, is noted.
