The transformation of employment under the influence of technological innovations and digitalization of economy

The paper presents the results of the comparative analysis of the employment structure changing of the population, which took place in the countries with developed economy in the first decades of the XXI century. The purpose of the research is to analyze the development dynamics of non-traditional forms of employment influenced by technological innovations and digitalization of economy in the two recent decades. It is also important to distinguish the perspectives of the development of untraditional forms of employment, its advantages and disadvantages for the different groups of population. The results: the dynamics structure of the population employment is examined implementing the criteria of full and part time employment, full time working day and part time working day. The reasons of the development of untraditional forms of employment are analyzed.
