Transgression in the context of aesthetic experience

The given article deals with aesthetic comprehension of transgressive experience in contemporary art, the issue of correlating non-classical artistic practice with aesthetic experience, the subject involving marginal issues and aestheticization of daily life. Reveals the problems of transgressive experience, mapping the playback experience of the artist with the internal experience of the subject of perception-based descriptions of sense data, and the possible transitions out of bounds latching on to experience free games. The article attempts to conduct a philosophical-aesthetical analysis of the transgression phenomenon basing on works by de Sade, Genet, Bataille, Baudelaire and to trace its subsequent development and impact on the artistic practice of the post-culture.
