Транскатетерная имплантация аортального клапана (ТИАК) является технологией, которая позволяет быстро и эффективно произвести оперативное лечение при стенозе клапана аорты. Одной из причин возникновения аортального стеноза (АС) является врожденная патология, характеризуемая бикуспидальным строением аортального клапана. Данный порок долгое время считался абсолютным противопоказанием к проведению ТИАК, однако появление новых поколений клапанов, существующий хирургический опыт, а также более глубокое понимание анатомии таких клапанов позволяет эффективно и безопасно проводить транскатетерное протезирование у данной когорты пациентов. В данной статье рассмотрены существующие классификации бикуспидальных аортальных клапанов (БАК), особенности предоперационной подготовки, а также приведены результаты по существующим исследованиям ТИАК у пациентов с бикуспидальной морфологией.
