Transprofessional training as a condition for the formation of mobility of graduates

The article presents the state of the transprofessionalism in modern science. It gives a comparative analysis of the scientific literature devoted to the terms of transprofessionalism and transprofessional competencies. Under the transprofessionalism of students, the author of the article understands the ability to master several educational programs of the chosen professional field as a result of the mobility in professional activities. The transprofessional competencies of university graduates are competencies of a wide range and quality, allowing them to work outside of one profession as a result of the mobility of graduates. The article emphasizes that extracurricular activities have ahuge potential for the transprofessional competencies formation of university graduates. The author points out the extracurricular activities of students as a form of social interaction between the subjects of the educational process, it contributes to the professional and personal development of students in the space of the university.
