Legal language requirements as a problem of legal thinking

The article analyzes the relationship and interdependence of the legal language and legal thinking, reveals the basic requirements for the legal language as the main means of legal thinking in relation to various areas of legal activity. The essence and features of the legal language, specific features of legal texts and the meaning of legal terminology are considered. The article also substantiates the importance of legal language and legal thinking for the process of forming a legal mentality, a picture of the world of a lawyer and a special legal worldview.
