Coaching as a means of forming social and professional competence of future specialists

The article defines the specific features of applying coaching in the educational process. The authors proved that this method allows one to develop social and professional competence of future specialists through the integration of knowledge, skills and practical experience obtained during studying various branches of science and using them in the situation simulated in a special way. The participation of business representatives and prospective employers in the preparation and conduction of coaching creates an environment as close to reality as possible, providing the required format and range of professional interactions at the initial stage of professionalization.
