Training of self-confidence as a mechanism for the professionalization of a teacher in advanced training system

The article considers informative, scientific and methodological support of pedagogical training of self-confidence for teacher’s advanced training system. Self-confidence is provided as general cultural competency construct. Psychological construct is understood in this case as a way of structuring knowledge and change the world view of human, based on the isolation and opposing of interconnected processes and phenomenon. In this case, self-confidence as a socio-psychological characteristic of the person is understood as the “golden mean” between the self-confidence (aggressiveness) and self-doubt. Self-confidence in the broad sense is understood not just as a social and psychological characteristics of the individual - assertiveness, traditionally accepted in the West-European science, but understood as a personal result of education, managing the development of the teacher's personality and professional activity and not only the sphere of communication.
