Triggers of Destructive Socio-Political Activity of the Population in Online Communities

In modern society, the activity of the population in online communities is an urgent research prob-lem, and the triggers that set the agenda for interaction inform about key issues that concern users and cause reactive feedback. The structuring of communication in the online space is carried out in accordance with the inter-ests of users, the impact of artificial intelligence, the innovative and informational activities of moderators, the mo-bility and flexibility of communities, as well as the trigger of interaction. The aim of this article is to describe destruc-tive triggers that reflect the socio-political context of regional development. The paper proposes the author’s typol-ogy of triggers of socio-political activity of the population in online communities (in terms of content: plot and pro-vocative triggers; by orientation: provocative and prevention triggers, by tone: positive or constructive, neutral or informative, negative or destructive), and also describes the thematic focus of popular online communities in the Tomsk, Novosibirsk and Kemerovo regions.
