Labour, capital and social security

The state of public relations is studied from the standpoint of strengthening social security. In particular, the dynamics of social relations is revealed in the transition from the “capital society” to the “labour society”. As capital is different: chronologically, in essence, origin and other characteristics (for example, industrial, financial speculative, usurious, commercial one, etc.), that forms different cycles of reproduction and affects social security and in various traits may prevail in labour. From all the variety of possible parameters, the epoch singles out as socially necessary creative work. Accordingly, the period of forced transition makes it possible and requires the cultivation of creative activity. The formation of conditions for pro-social disclosure, development and realizing in creative work of people's talents (in particular, equal access to socially important goods, removal of routine functions from a person’s shoulders) are considered as the most important area of social security. In turn, for the cultivation of points of growth of the “society of creative labour” it is necessary to comprehensively transform the way of life, organizational and managerial relations, value hierarchies, and so on.
