Difficult and psycho-traumatic life situations in the minds of young men

The results of the study of the ideas of young men of military age about difficult life situations and psycho-traumatic life events are presented. In total, 289 people took part in two stages of the study, of which 123 men are conscripts. It is shown that the most difficult life situations for young men are the events of choice and professional arrangement, relationships with parents, as well as active military service in the conscript army. Regarding events of a psycho-traumatic or extreme nature, it is shown that, regardless of the current social conditions young men consider as the most traumatic events the events associated with illness, death of a loved one, getting informed about this, as well as with the circumstances of the upbringing of a young man himself, for example, parental divorce.
