Employment of persons with mental disabilities: theory and practice

The article is devoted to the analysis of issues of employment, labor safety of people with disabilities with mental illness. In the context of changes in the judicial practice, employers of citizens of this category have certain difficulties associated with the employment of persons with disabilities and determination of their place of work. Along with the establishment of disability groups in these situations, it is necessary to bring to the attention of organizations, public structures, whose functions include protecting the rights of persons with disabilities, the criteria that need to be guided in their employment. The article analyzes the judicial practice, the position of scientists on the legal capacity, legal capacity of these categories of workers.
