Employment of persons with disabilities of health and disability

The article is devoted to topical issues of employment of persons with disabilities and disabilities. The author considers possible employment difficulties for this category of citizens. As part of the study, experience on the assistance in the employment of these individuals was examined. The author proposes measures to increase the level of employment of persons with disabilities. In the process of implementing measures of social support for the employment of persons with disabilities, not only government policy in this area is important, but also the interest of the employers themselves. The author summarizes that it is possible to stimulate employers by establishing tax benefits for local and regional taxes, compensating for part of the cost of wages for people with disabilities, and paying grants for active participation in the employment of people with disabilities.
