The research pays attention to the possibility and prospects of Turkish integration to the Eurasian Union. The idea of Ankara's membership in the Eurasian integration process has been discussed by the mass media during the second half of 2013. At first, the suggestion of Turkey's integration was announced by N.A. Nazarbaev, President of Kazakhstan. He supported the initiative of the Turkish Prime Minister R.T. Erdogan which was mentioned during their telephone negotiations. Both leaders have some interests in the promotion of this idea. The author tries to find out the real motivation of Kazakhstan and Turkey leaders, taking into account the Ministry of Foreign affairs' official surveys which declare that the Turkish Republic is determined to become a rightful member of the European Union and is striving to keep the high spirit of alliance with NATO all the time. The synopsis of the Turkish Foreign Policy announces that Ankara is conducting active diplomacy, strengthening its relations and ties with the United States and the European countries. The author analyses the position of the Turkish Republic concerning Eurasian integration and the interests of other Eurasian states concerning Turkey's joining to the Eurasian Union and its real participation.
