In article the problem of art and creative development of children in collective which defines dynamics and a vector of art and pedagogical work is analyzed. Specifics of children's art creativity in collective are considered. The complex pedagogical model providing transition from one modality of art to another is used. The similar organization of art and creative development of children which is based on synthesis of arts is classified as optimizing. It is emphasized that not rather developed art memory, limited time frames of children's attention, small acoustical experience, absence of analytical thinking, weak practice of intelligent actions movements of children demand an individual approach and the creative solution of technical and art tasks in the field of children's collective art creativity.
